Introduction to the Sumadi Live Portal

The Sumadi Live Portal is a fully cloud based platform that allows for human Exam Proctors to login and perform their required remote online exam supervision tasks assisted by SUMADI AI.

No integration, no problem.

With SUMADI Live Portal, the Exam Proctors are in the driving seat, capable of navigating to any web based test platform and performing login for the user.

This way, no credentials are shared in advance and any web platform can be used to undergo evaluations, securely and with integrity.

Sumadi Live Portal Features

SUMADI Live Portal provides the following capabilities to Exam Proctors:

Start a Live Proctoring Session

This refers to the ability to start supervising exams as a human Exam Proctor.

Automatically Assign Test Takers

Once the session is started, Test Takers will automatically be assigned to the total amount of Exam Proctors online.

Perform Exam Onboarding

Once a test taker is assigned, the Exam Proctor will be connected to the Test Taker, welcome them, and review the expected engagement through the duration of their exam.

Standalone guided navigation

Exam Proctors will be capable of inputting the web based test URL on behalf of the Test Taker, as well as inputting the username and password for maximum confidentiality and security.

Monitoring and Interventions

Referring to the capability of monitoring multiple Test Takers, according to the supported supervision ratio configured. Exam Proctors will also be capable of engaging via chat or voice to perform interventions, lockdown while on Pause or even terminate if necessary.

Sumadi AI Automated Flagging

Exam Proctors will be alerted from all the automated flags which Sumadi detects, either from the face verification or object detection flags, amongst other.

Review and Reports

If indeed any evidence is to be reviewed, Exam Proctors can navigate to the Test Taker’s report, perform any comments, and change the Status.

Exam Proctor Session Lock

Once the Exam Proctors are reaching the end of their session, they may change their status to locked, so no more Test Takers are assigned automatically and they can end the monitoring and review of their list pending.
