Why can’t I see my video?

The floating webcam video window is always present. It just may have moved to the back of the browser window. When this occurs, perform the following steps:

1. Move mouse pointer to taskbar or dock at the bottom of the screen.

2. Hover over the SumadiLive app icon.

3. Click on the floating webcam video.

4. Floating webcam video window will now be at the front.

Is someone watching me at all times?

Yes and no.

Webcam and microphones are only activated at the time of Onboarding. A floating video window will appear with your computer’s webcam video. At this point is where monitoring begins.

This continues up until the submission and closing of your exam.

The rest of the experience is not monitored.
