Sign in to SUMADI Live
Open the SUMADI Live App, input your email, and click CONTINUE.
Check your email for a confirmation code.
Enter the confirmation code in the SUMADI Live App. Click ENTER.
If any session is available, click on the JOIN SESSION button.
As a Test Taker, you will join the session, after which you will follow the instructions of registration, login, and onboarding towards starting your exam.
Register your Face Profile
To create your facial registration in SUMADI, you will need to take 3 photographs:
A frontal photograph to the camera.
A photograph of your profile 45° to the right.
A photograph of your profile 45° to the left.
Photos and pose positions must be followed as instructed. SUMADI Live validate the pose provided.
System Requirements Check
SUMADI Live will perform all necessary checks to determine if the computer device meets all minimum requirements.
If successful, user would proceed clicking Next.
If something fails, user must take action and Verify again.
Perform Face Login
SUMADI™ checks that the person who is logging in is the same person who performed the facial registration previously.
Accept Rules & Regulations
You will advance to the last security filter of the "Exams Rules and Regulations" stipulated by your institution when taking your exam, where you must accept them in order to enter.
After review, check on I AGREE and SUBMIT to redirect to the Onboarding process.
Onboarding Waiting Room
An Exam Proctor will be joining the session to perform the Onboarding process. In the meantime, the session will be on wait.
During this time you must keep in line with the rules established, always visible, and ready to be onboarded. Exam Proctors will be alerted of unwanted behavior detected while waiting.
Onboarding Interview
When available, the Exam Proctor will greet and perform the Onboarding process.
Exam Proctor may request additional information, location and space verification.
SUMADI Live Browser Start Page
Once approved, redirection to SUMADI’s Start Page will allow to enter the required URL for the web based exam.
The Exam Proctor will provide clear guidance into how the start of the exam will be done secure and confidentialy.
